What is core cutting?
Core cutting (also called diamond core drilling or concrete core drilling) uses a rotating hollow diamond-tipped drill bit to cut perfectly circular holes through concrete, reinforced cement concrete (RCC), brick, and masonry. The drill operates wet — water is pumped through the hollow shaft to cool the diamond segments and suppress concrete dust. The result is a clean, smooth-sided hole with no cracks, no vibration damage, and no impact to surrounding structure — impossible to achieve with a jackhammer or chisel.

Wet Core Drilling
Diamond core drill cuts through concrete at controlled speed. Water suppresses dust and cools the bit. Most holes take 10–30 minutes each.
Core Extraction
The cylindrical concrete core is extracted cleanly. Hole edges are smooth and immediately ready for pipe or duct installation.
Cleanup
Slurry is vacuumed, site is cleaned, and we remove all debris. Work area is handed over clean.
